Our Head Chef
Our accomplished Head Chef Brian Bader is the creator of many of the items on our menu. Having studied culinary arts at Johnson & Wales University (Charlotte, North Carolina), he offers an experienced look at seafood. He has been with us for several years and is still creating fantastic new menu items today.
